Why I have not received my order?

There may be many reasons for not receiving the order some of them may be as follows:

  1. Shipment is stuck due to wrong address/ wrong contact details.
  2. Shipment is seized by Sales tax Department and is kept on hold.
  3. Shipment may have been damaged during transit.
  4. The shipment is lost by the courier partner.
  5. The shipment maybe stuck midway, due to some natural calamity.
How do I place a return/replacement request?

Go to my account and then to my orders. Click view order and you will find a return option. If the product falls under the return policy as given on the return page you can place a return request will be placed successfully and our team will get back to you soon.

How long does it take for refund after cancellation?

It takes maximum of 4-5 working days. In case there is further delay our team will get back to you.

How long will it take for replacement after I have returned the product?

Once your return package has been verified at our warehouse we will dispatch within 1-4 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Do I have to return the gift also while returning the product?

Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned with originally delivered product.
